One of Dubai's top catering companies, Dish Catering, teamed up with Warehouse Four for the holy month of Ramadan. Entitled 'Ramadan Nights', Dish transformed the venue into a pop-up restaurant, complete with open kitchen serving Iftar every night. The signature dish was an eight-hour slow roasted spiced shoulder of lamb with saffron labneh and scented rice pilaf. And if that doesn't make your mouth water, nothing will!
